Longtime Rep. Stephen Lynch defeats infectious diseases specialist Robbie Goldstein in Massachusetts’ Democratic primary for the 8th Congressional District.
The district encompasses a number of South Shore towns including: Braintree, Brockton, Cohasset. Milton, Quincy, Weymouth, Abington, the Bridgewaters, Scituate, Hingham, Hull and more.
There was no Republican Primary for the 8th Congressional District.
