A car drove into a building in Brockton.
Police spokesman Darren Duarte tells WATD News a Chevy Impala drove into a building at 635 Crescent St. shortly before 10 a.m. Wednesday.
The driver, identified only as a 67-year-old man, said his foot slipped off the brake and hit the accelerator, causing the vehicle to move south through the parking space.
Duarte says that both the vehicle and the building were damaged and that both Brockton Fire and the city’s building inspector arrived to assess the damage.
