An order to shelter in place for the residents and staff at Linden Ponds in Hingham on Monday after a bomb threat was made by phone.
The gates were locked and several law enforcement agencies including Hingham, state police and the ATF Boston, conducted a thorough search of the senior residential complex.
There were also police k-9’s brought in to aid in the search.
There were no injuries reported.
The incident remains under investigation by Hingham Detectives.
