Violet needs a forever home – can you help?

by | Oct 5, 2020 | Pet of the Week

Our friends at Scituate Animal Shelter tell us Violet is a quiet cat, but she does have special needs: she is Diabetic and will need shots to maintain her health.

She will require twice daily insulin injections, and she will also require prescription dry food.

Violet is a really great friend to most. This cat loves to hang around her people, enjoys a nice warm sunny spot to lounge in the house and although social, also appreciates time alone. Violet doesn’t find trouble to get into and is overall quiet. Violet will make a great new companion to most! Violet will be a great match for someone who isn’t looking for a playful kitten and would prefer more of a lazy lap cat.

Adoptions are by appointment only so please email adopt@scituateanimalshelter.org for more information! Violet’s adoption fee is reduced and the staff at Scituate Animal Shelter will show Violet’s new owners how to give her her shots.

Visit our Pet of the Week page to see all of our past adoption highlights. You may find just the right perfect friend to add to your family!
