Some people may have felt shaking or tremors in their homes around the South Shore and even Boston.
The United States Geological Survey is reporting a 3.6 magnitude earthquake that was 11 k/m Southeast of Bliss Corner, Massachusetts, in Buzzards Bay. Initially, it was reported by the USGS as a 4.2 magnitude earthquake before revisions. The earthquake took place around 9:10 a.m. Sunday morning.
People from Plymouth, Kingston, Duxbury, and Scituate have reported shaking.
