Randolph Police are investigating a shooting that took place Thursday night.
Chief William Pace says that shortly before 7:30 p.m. they received multiple reports of shots fired in the area of Perly Evans Dr. and Hemlock Terr. and arrived on scene to find shell casings on Perly Evans Dr.
They also located a vehicle on Highland Ave. that sustained at least three gun shots to the windshield and engine damage due to gunfire.
Four people were inside the car including a 36-year-old woman who sustained minor injuries from glass and was taken by ambulance to an area hospital.
A 33-year-old man and two girls of approximately three and five years of age were also in the vehicle.
Pace says that no one was hit by bullets and no other injuries were reported.
