Three articles will be on the warrant when Rockland holds its Special Town Meeting Monday night.
Town Administrator Douglas Lapp tells WATD News Article 1 will be the main focus of the night.
Article 2 will deal with unpaid bills from the prior year.
The third article deals with Response Time Analysis.
Lapp says there will also be a lower quorum requirement.
In addition, COVID-19 protocols will be in place.
Rockland Special Town Meeting will take place at 7 p.m. at Rockland High School.
