The COVID-19 pandemic means more people are working from home and as a result, public transportation into Boston took a ridership hit.

With the MBTA threatening to cut service, regular commuters, including students, voiced their concerns. A loud, public rally at Scituate’s Greenbush station is an example of a grassroots effort. WATD’s David Cedrone files this report.
