MoonShadow was being fed on a farm in Plymouth until the person called Standish Humane for some assistance.

She was trapped and spayed, in anticipation of being returned to the farm life but when she brought her back to the farm and opened the cat carrier she would not leave. She stayed huddled inside the opened carrier for over a half hour. She had decided she liked being an indoor kitty. MoonShadow was then taken back to a foster home where she allowed petting and playing but all the while in the confines of her crate. She purrs when she gets scratched just above her tail and loves to chase strings. She is not aggressive at all but still very shy. 

MoonShadow will do best with an experienced home that will accept her for what she is. She is NOT going to be an instant lap cat or social animal. She is estimated to be about two years old and is a healthy black young girl with a patch of white on her chest.
