Pedestrian Struck by Motor Vehicle Leads to Road Closure, Serious Injuries

A pedestrian struck by a motor vehicle in Quincy Friday morning is taken to a Boston hospital with serious injuries.
A portion of Beale St was shut down for several hours as the Crash Reconstruction Unit investigated the incident.
WATD’s David Cedrone was on the scene and reported a Nissan Frontier in the street with front end damage and a pair of sneakers and clothes strewn about the area.
The unidentified male victim was transported to Boston Medical Center with serious injuries.
