Marshfield students won’t be returning to their classrooms this week.
Superintendent Jeffrey Granatino put out a notice Sunday night saying that after reviewing the newest number of COVID-19 positive cases from the Board of Health they have decided that the district will move to a schedule of full remote learning for the next two weeks.
This will begin today and will run through Friday, January 15th with the goal of returning to the hybrid schedule as of January 19th.
Granantino says there were 14 new cases since New Year’s Eve. Added to that were another 18 cases between Christmas and New Year’s Eve.
