Future Veterans Home In Marshfield Damaged By Fire

A future home for Marshfield veterans was damaged in an early morning fire Wednesday.
Robert Corley, Chief Executive Officer at NeighborWorks Housing Solutions, says construction on the project was nearing completion.
Marshfield Director of Veterans Services, Carin Paulette, says that while this was an unfortunate event, she’s grateful for the community’s support.
The home, located at 2033 Ocean St., will house eight veterans when it does open.
