This weekend when you set your clocks ahead one hour, you should also check your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

 

Kingston Fire Chief Mark Douglass tells WATD News that this a bigger issue than many may realize.

 

The National Fire Protection Association says that 60% of home fire deaths occurred in homes without properly-functioning smoke alarms.
