An intoxicated Cohasset man had trouble with his pants Sunday, which eventually led to his arrest.
Cohasset Police Chief William Quigley says callers reported the odd behavior on the Town Common Sunday afternoon.
“Our emergency dispatch center received two calls reporting an intoxicated male with his pants around his ankles,” said Quigley. “He was rolling around the Common with his pants at his ankles.”
Officers responded to the scene to investigate.
“They found just what the callers reported. They encountered him; he was identified as a 65-year-old male from Cohasset. He was highly intoxicated,” said Quigley. “The officers helped him get his pants back on and he was arrested.”
The man was charged with Lewd and Lascivious Behavior. He was not bailed out and was held overnight Sunday at the Cohasset Police Station.
He was arraigned at Quincy District Court on Monday.
