The Talking Information Center in Marshfield held their “Spring Into Service Fundraiser Finale” Thursday night.
The event included music from Jillian Jensen.
There was also recorded statements from volunteers.
Fellow volunteer Ed Boylan was in studio for the live event and he told hosts Christine James and Cathy Dee that TIC provides a great opportunity for him to give back.
Renee` Donohue who has been reading for TIC for over 30 years.
While TIC is best known for reading print publications, board member Keri MacDonald tells WATD News they provide many other programs as well.
The virtual event also included a wide array of auction items, which Executive Director Anna Dunbar said helped make it a successful fundraiser for the group.
