Last night, White Horse Beach residents referred to the organized boxing match on the beach as the melee, but more complained of the public urination, drinking, and blocking of streets.

Beginning Friday, the only vehicles allowed to legally park on neighborhood streets must display a Plymouth resident beach sticker. Residents say drivers have already begun unloading passengers at one of the entrances, parking at the nearby school, and walking to join the party. When they tell drivers parking on the street they will be fined, they’re told the carload has agreed to share the $50 fine.
