A Hull man was arrested after a robbery in town.
Hull Police Chief John Dunn said 40-year-old Perry Hamilton was arrested after a bank robbery and a foot pursuit.
Around 3:30 p.m. yesterday, dispatchers received a 9-1-1 call from a Rockland Trust Bank on Nantasket Ave., reporting that a man robbed the bank after handing a note to the teller.
The caller reported the suspect fled on foot towards the Paragon Carousel.
Hull and State Police began a search, and Hull police reported 15 minutes later they identified a man matching the suspect description.
After a brief pursuit, Hamilton was taken into custody by Hull Police Officer Kevin Olson.
Hamilton faces charges of Unarmed Robbery and Larceny from a Person.
