Plymouth Town Manager Melissa Arrighi, Select Board Agree to End Contract in 2022

The Plymouth Select Board and Town Manager Melissa Arrighi reached an agreement to end her contract a year earlier than planned.
In a statement from the town, Arrighi had potential plans to resign in July of 2022 – 11 months before her current contract was set to expire.
The Board and Arrighi reached an agreement, and will use the next year to find a replacement and conduct a transition.
Arrighi has served as Town Manager since May of 2012. She was the Assistant Town Manager in Plymouth since 2004.
During her tenure, the Select Board says Arrighi played a role in new buildings constructed in town – including the Town Hall, Maritime Facility, and Fire Station.
