*We are re-introducing you to South this week, the week of August 16th, so we can get this girl home!

South is a super shy kitty cat but very sweet girl who is about a year old. Our friends at Scituate Animal Shelter tell us this girl was trapped, you guessed it, on South Street!

South, who is medium in size with grey/blue/silver short hair, was adopted into a wonderful home, unfortunately the homes other cat would not accept South.

South will not do well in a home with lots of commotion and loud noises as she is a nervous girl. South LOVES other cats and it would be great if her new home had a cat looking for a fun friend. She may also be ok with quiet, mellow dogs but will be scared of any loud and playful canine companions.

South will need a quiet room to call her own for a while in her new house, a place for her new people to socialize with her.

Despite her quiet and reserved demeanor, South is such a sweet cat. Please reach out if you’d like to meet her!

All cats are fixed, vaccinated, combo tested, dewormed and flea treated at the time of adoption. Adoption fees are $130 for a cat, $180 for a kitten under 5 months, and $60 for a cat with special needs or senior over 10 years.
