Jay’s Hope & Promise was founded to help raise awareness and funds for those struggling with addiction.
The non-profit organization was established last year, after 26-year-old Jay Pransky lost his battle with addiction.
So far, the organization has helped more than 20 people get established in sober living communities. The first major fundraising event will take place on September 12 at the Garibaldi Club in Plymouth, with comedian Jimmy Tingle.
