Marshfield Police say a Braintree man exposed himself at a store, got kicked out of a restaurant, and drove under the influence before he was arrested.
Police Chief Phil Tavares says 31-year-old Scott Williams was arrested on Saturday.
Around 8 p.m., police responded to a report of a man at a local store following two female customers and exposing himself to them. He left the area in a white Infinity Sedan with dark wheels and a loud exhaust.
Around 11:26 p.m. police responded to a restaurant for a report of an assault and battery. Police were informed a man who had been escorted from the restaurant had returned, and was escorted out a second time. Once outside, he punched an innocent bystander and left in a white Infinity. Responding officers located that sedan leaving the scene.
After an investigation, it was determined Williams was operating his vehicle under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested.
He’ll be arraigned in Plymouth District Court on Charges that include OUI liquor (second offense), Assault and Battery, and Operating to Create Harsh and Objectionable Noise. He’ll be summonsed to court on an offense of Open and Gross Lewdness.
