Homeless Man Arrested Following Plymouth Bank Robbery

Plymouth Police say a bank robbery suspect is in custody.
Police say that at approximately 4 p.m. Wednesday officers responded to the Rockland Trust on Court St. for a report of a robbery.
Witnesses said the suspect claimed to have a weapon, although it was never seen.
The suspect, identified as 28-year-old Stephen White, called relatives and told them he wanted to turn himself in and they in turn notified police.
White, a homeless man from Plymouth, was taken into custody on robbery charges following a search.
