Peter Drummey, the Chief Historian and Librarian for the Massachusetts Historical Society, spoke with WATD’s Christine James about Christmas, and local ties to the holiday.

Some documents include journals from Marshfield residents Hannah Tilden and Otis Oakman, who wrote about the holidays in the 1840’s as children, and in the 1850’s as adults.
