Say hello to Remy!
Remy is a 1 year-old mini golden doodle. He loves playing fetch and going for walks. Our friends at Buddy & Friends Animal Rescue in Pembroke tell us he REALLY loves going for walks so if you need a hiking buddy, Remy is the boy for you! He will need a dog savvy owner that understands he will need time to warm up to new people. Kids are too much for him to handle so he will have to be in a kid free household. He can be leash reactive but with proper handling he can walk by other dogs and people without issue. He goes to doggy daycare and plays well with other dogs. He needs a controlled environment so dog parks and busy households are not recommended for him. He will need a patient human but once he bonds with you, he is very loving and affectionate. He does have fear aggression that he has been working through. He needs someone who WILL listen and pay attention to his body language, There will be free training to a foster or adopter.
