A Stoughton man has been arraigned on charges in connection to a fatal motor vehicle crash in Bridgewater.
Police Chief Christopher Delmonte says 47-year-old Emmanuel Desrosiers of Stoughton is facing charges that include Motor Vehicle Homicide – OUI liquor, OUI (second offense), and speeding.
Early Monday morning, police responded to a crash at Pleasant Street (Route 104) and Elm Street.
A Jeep was found laying on its side, the operator, 64-year-old Philip Smith of Bridgewater, was partially ejected from the vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Desrosiers was driving a Honda Pilot with heavy front-end damage, and was transported to a Brockton Hospital.
