The Brockton Chapter of the NAACP will be hold their annual Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Breakfast in Randolph on Saturday.
The chapter’s First Vice-President, Bishop Tony Branch, tells WATD News they will have a special Keynote speaker.
Branch says he hopes the holiday serves as a way for people to find ways to reach out to one another in an era with that has become increasingly acrimonious.
A situation exacerbated by the COVID Pandemic.
The breakfast will take place Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Lombardo’s at 6 Billings St. in Randolph.
Tickets can be purchased for both virtual and online participation at the chapter’s website.
Those looking to attend in person need to bring proof of vaccination.
