Marshfield Man Arrested After Police Say He Exposed Himself

A Marshfield man was arrested after he was accused of exposing himself at an apartment complex.

33-year-old Randy Coakley is facing charges that include open and gross lewdness, resisting arrest, and disturbing the peace.

Marshfield Police say they responded to the apartment complex Thursday night. Officers were told a man approached a female resident of the complex, and asked for cigarettes as she locked her vehicle.

She went to her apartment, and looked outside to check on the vehicle.

Police say Coakley exposed his genitals to her. A second resident looked outside, and said Coakley exposed himself to them.

Officers got a detailed description of the suspect, and located Coakley.

Police say resisted arrest while he was placed into handcuffs.

He’ll be arraigned at Plymouth District Court.
