Watertown Man Charged with Drug Trafficking after Weymouth Bust

A Watertown man was arrested for trafficking methamphetamines in Weymouth.
Christopher Christie, 41, was arrested after a month-long investigation with Weymouth Police and the South Shore Drug Task Force.
Christie is facing charges of trafficking meth (over 200 grams) and possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine.
Weymouth police say they seized a one-pound package of crystal meth, which sells between $50 and $100 per gram. The estimated street value is $15,000. They seized 14 bags of crack cocaine valued at $700.
Christie was arraigned in Quincy District Court and was held on $5,000 cash bail.
