Meet Abby!
Abby is a 4-6 year old spayed female kitty that has unfortunately been at the shelter for many months due to her previous owner’s illness. The Friends of the Marshfield Animal Shelter team tell us Abby is now finally able to be adopted.
Abby is a spicy, but sweet and funny cat. She loves to explore the cat room at the shelter and has been deemed “queen of the cat room” because of her entertaining personality. She likes attention and being pet but doesn’t love being picked up. She is very social and has been out with other cats in the cat room and does not seem to mind them. She has never interacted with dogs as far as we know. Because she can be spunky and spicy, she would be best suited for a home with older children, if any, who will know to respect her boundaries.
Abby is in good health, up to date on vaccines, and is on a diet of wet food only as she does not seem to digest dry food very well. She is a lovely cat who keeps the team at the shelter laughing with her antics. Abby deserves a great home and we hope you can help us find her one!
