Marshfield Veterans’ Agent Carin Paulette and Assistant Veterans’ Agent Lisa Potts joined WATD in studio, with a friendly reminder about the new veteran’s home in town.
Potts says it’s a private residence, and people should check with the Veterans Office before stopping by.
“We need to respect their privacy,” said Potts. “Feel free to call us, and ask us for any information, any donations, if you’d like to bring something by – just give us a call and we can orchestrate that for you.”
Paulette says this time of year, disabled veterans and seniors are eligible for tax exemptions.
