Say hello to Lulu! Lulu is a 3 year old Pit Mix who is currently with our friends at Buddy & Friends Animal Rescue in Pembroke. She is a great dog who deserves a great home!
She is a very sweet, shy girl who needs confidence building and a quiet place to call home. She takes a little to warm up but once she is comfortable she is the absolute sweetest who loves to give kisses. Lulu would do best in a home without children as quick motions and loudness isn’t really her thing. She is great with other dogs but can tend to resource guard her human. Lulu will need someone who can set boundaries for her — she does well with routine. Lulu is being trained by A Dogs World Unleashed in Kingston and they will continue to provide the new adopter with training to be sure the transition is a success.
All dogs that are available are up to date on shots, spayed/neutered, microchipped and in Lulu’s case, her adoption fee is sponsored by a generous donor. *Something important to know about Buddy & Friends Animal Rescue: there are no age restrictions for adopters and there are no fence requirements, either. If this is something that may have deterred you from considering adopting, please know these would not be reasons one would be looked over for adoption through Buddy & Friends.
