Two People Arrested in Virginia in Connection with Brockton Murder

Two people are facing charges in connection with a Brockton murder.
The victim is identified as 24-year-old Brima Koroma, of Boston.
33-year-old Brendan Fernandes of Brockton and 25-year-old Destiny Fontes Silie of Rhode Island, were both arrested in Chesterfield, Virginia on Wednesday.
Plymouth County District Attorney Tim Cruz says Fernandes will be arraigned on a murder charge and Fontes Silie will be charged with accessory after the fact of murder.
Prosecutors say police responded to 401 East street in Brockton on Tuesday night with reports of a shooting.
They found Koroma suffering from a single gunshot wound to the chest- he was taken to the hospital, where he died as a result of his injuries.
