Three people have been indicted in connection with the February 5 fatal shooting of a Brockton man.
The Plymouth County District Attorney’s says that 26-year-old Kevin Gomes was charged with Murder, Carrying a Firearm Without a License, Carrying a Loaded Firearm, and Discharge of a Firearm Within 500 Feet of a Dwelling in connection with the death of 51 year-old Harry Williams.
The grand jury also indicted 29-year-old Ryan Harrison on charges of Accessory After the Fact and Witness Intimidation by Misleading Police.
In addition 34-year-old Jenna Deane was indicted on one count of Witness Intimidation by Misleading Police.
The DA’s office says that at approximately 2:41 a.m. Brockton Police responded to the area of 21 Auna Dr. for a report of a person shot.
Upon arrival officers observed Williams suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
He was transported to Good Samaritan Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
An investigation that included video footage identified Gomes as a suspect and a warrant was obtained for his arrest.
He was located in Worcester and taken into custody.
Harris and Dean are both accused of misleading police and Harris is accused of helping him flee.
All three will be arraigned in Brockton Superior Court at a later date.
