Kingston Fire & Emergency Management says crews were called to the scene shortly before 5:15 a.m. Tuesday with Plymouth County Control reporting the address as 63 West St.
Officials say 12 ponies were evacuated from the fire but one could not be rescued.
Halifax and Carver also provided mutual aid.
