Snap Dragon is a stunning Persian & Domestic Long-Hair mix senior who is about 10-years-old. This quiet, shy girl is very sweet and calm. The team at Scituate Animal Shelter have done extensive testing on Snap Dragon (that includes blood work and x-rays) to see if they could find the cause for her frequent water drinking and urination. Despite all this testing, no cause has been found yet.
Snap Dragon is fine with other cats. She is likely is too scared for dogs but may be ok with calm ones who give her space. She truly needs a quiet home.
Snap Dragon is harmless and excellent with handling – she loves to be brushed. She will make an excellent companion to someone with a quiet home looking for a real beauty.
Open hours to view adoptable pets at Scituate Animal Shelter are Wednesdays 1:30-6pm and Saturdays 10am-2pm. You can apply for animals at the shelter during our open hours or online by emailing adopt@scituateanimalshelter.org and asking for an application.
Meet and greets with animals are scheduled after applications have been processed and the team has determined you are the best fit. They do not operate on a first come, first served basis.
