Kingston Police say a 28-year-old man from Connecticut was arrested for “lewd behavior” at the Kingston Collection.
Police say Dana McLeod was watching sexually explicit material, and acting in a lewd manner inside a theatre at Regal Cinemas.
The allegations say multiple people saw his behavior, including at least one child.
He’s facing charges that include Accosting/Annoying another Person, Lewd and Lascivious Behavior, Obscene Matter to a Minor, and Disorderly conduct.
He was held on bail and is scheduled for arraignment at Plymouth District Court.
