Kingston Planning Board Approves Cannabis Facility on Independence Way

The Kingston Planning Board approved a special permit for a cannabis cultivation and retail facility on Independence Way, off Summer Street. 

Agitated crowds were present when the question of legal cannabis sales went before town meeting two years ago. Not so Monday night.
