A man is facing charges following a series of thefts in Hanson.
Hanson Police say that two separate incidents were reported on Friday.
The first were a series of break-ins to Motor Vehicles, and the second was a report of a stolen dump truck and trailer.
Police say that while the incidents appeared to be unrelated at first, through investigation, and with the help of citizens and local businesses, it was determined that the stolen motor vehicle had been used in the commission of the Breaking and Entering crimes.
Officers were also able to use the surveillance footage to get a distinctive description of the suspect.
Investigators were able to locate the majority of the stolen items, and Officers encountered the suspect, 40-year-old Jaymi Boulay in a wooded area in town on Tuesday and took him into custody.
Boulay, who is currently homeless and formerly of Carver, will be arraigned in Plymouth District Court for the following charges: 2 counts of Larceny of a Motor Vehicle, 2 counts receiving a stolen Motor Vehicle, 12 counts Breaking and Entering of a Motor Vehicle, 12 counts of Larceny Under $1200, and 12 counts of Receiving stolen property.
