Pilgrim Hall Museum – 75 Court Street in Plymouth:
The South Shore’s Morning News with Rob Hakala is hitting the road today (Thursday, September 1st) from 6:00 to 10:00 a.m. Join Rob as he broadcasts from the front steps of the Pilgrim Hall Museum. It’s a special day as September 1st is the museum’s 198th birthday. After the broadcast, the Pilgrim Hall Museum will be open FREE to all from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
There will be Free vanilla, chocolate, and carrot cake birthday mini-cupcakes, prepared by Plymouth’s Guilty Bakery served on the lawn between 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. while supplies last. Also, re-enactors in 17th-century costume from the New Plimoth Gard militia group will join the party 11:30 to 12:30 to fire celebratory volleys.
