A slate of candidates has been set for the Special Local Election in Halifax.
Two Selectmen seats are open after Chair Ashley DiSesa and Alexander Meade resigned in August. Meade was elected to the board in May.
John Bruno, II is the lone candidate on the ballot for Meade’s term, which expires in 2025.
Five people are on the ballot for DiSesa’s term, which is set to expire in 2024.
Dennis Carman, Mary Gravinese, David Mascio, Naja Robert Nessralla, and William Smith are running for that seat.
The Halifax Special Election takes place on November 8.
