Marshfield and State Police are investigating after a fatal crash on Route 3A.
Marshfield Police Chief Phil Tavares says around 9:30 Thursday night, they responded to a report of a two-vehicle crash near 1900 Main Street.
On arrival, it was determined the head-on crash resulted in one fatality.
The operator of the second vehicle was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police say no charges are pending at this time.
