Plymouth County Real Estate Sales, Mortgages Slumped in September

Plymouth County Register of Deeds, John Buckley says real estate sales, and mortgages slumped in September.

Buckley says Plymouth County recorded 820 deeds in September, down from 875 in August. There were 802 deeds recorded in July.

Through the first three quarters of 2022, recordings are down 14 percent, at 8,028 deeds.

The average sales price is $610,976, up 12 percent compared to last year.
