Say hello to Eddie! 12-year-old Beagle mix boy, Eddie, just needs a big, warm hug! Our friends at the Quincy Animal Shelter tell us he came to them after his previous owner decided he could no longer give him all the TLC he deserves.

Now this energetic, playful, and curious pup is ready to find his truly forever home. While he’s a “senior” dog, he will make sure you get a healthy dose of daily exercise. He enjoys peaceful strolls and will make friends with every squirrel he meets on his walks. He also won’t say no if you want to play fetch with him in your big yard and cuddle with him after a nice morning run.

Eddie is overly interested in dogs and wants to meet every one, but as soon as he gets too close he gets nippy and very pushy and barky. Eddie needs to be the only dog in the home. No cats either for Mr. Eddie.

Sweet and gentle, he gets along with people as long as you are ready to give him all the attention and love he needs. Don’t be surprised if you fall in love with his sparkly eyes, floppy ears, and sweet personality!
