An investigation continues into the disappearance of a Cohasset woman.
The Norfolk District Attorney’s Office says that Massachusetts State Police and Cohasset Police detectives continue to investigate the suspicious disappearance of 39-year-old Ana Walshe on or about New Year’s Day.
A search activity conducted north of Boston on Monday “resulted in a number of items being collected which will now be subject to processing and testing to determine if they are of evidentiary value to this investigation.”
However, no information has been disclosed regarding those items.
The DA says there are no anticipated searches of public areas expected to take place but that may change as the investigation continues.
It is also expected that the processing of Walshe’s home could be completed as soon as Tuesday or Wednesday.
Her husband, 47-year-old Brian Walshe, was arraigned Monday on a charge of misleading a police investigation, he entered a plea of not guilty.
Questions regarding Walshe’s children are being referred to the Department of Children and Families.
