Quincy Mayor Thomas Koch gave his State of the City Address on Tuesday, an event attended by many dignitaries including Governor Maura Healey.
Koch also touted the city’s finances.
He also highlighted various public works projects.
A cemetery expansion was also announced.
Koch touched on the city’s diversity particularly in the business community.
The speech began with an invocation from a Catholic Bishop Mark O’Connell and closed with a prayer by Imam Dr. Talal Eid from the Islamic Institute of Boston.
