A man is facing charges after he allegedly attacked Duxbury Police officers.
Duxbury Police say that on Monday they were called to an apartment on Mile Brook Rd. for a report of an unwanted person.
The individual, identified as Jarrod Litchfield, was found hiding in a bathtub and had an active felony arrest warrant.
Police say that when they attempted to take him into custody Litchfield became “argumentative, and combative,” and that he threatened, pushed, and struck several officers.
A taser was used and Litchfield was placed in handcuffs, during which time Police say Litchfield threatened to kill one of the officers.
In addition to the warrant Litchfield is also being charged with Resisting Arrest; Assault and Battery on a Police Officer; and Threats to Commit a Crime.
