Holbrook Police say they responded to a local store reporting a past theft that took place over the weekend.
The witness then saw the suspect return to the scene of the crime and then contacted the police.
Officers made contact with the suspect, identified as Steven Pratt, and confirmed an active warrant.
Pratt was taken into custody on a charge of Larceny under $1200.
