The Plymouth County District Attorney’s Office says that the incident happened shortly before 2 a.m. Tuesday at 93 Tribou St.
A 39 year-old woman was also injured and she was last reported to be in critical condition.
The DA’s office say suspect has been taken into custody and that an ongoing investigation is being conducted by Brockton Police and Massachusetts State Police.
