A Kingston man is facing charges following an armed robbery.
Middleborough Police say that shortly after 5 p.m. Tuesday a man wearing all-black clothing entered the Sunoco Mart at 157 Main St., reached over the counter and grabbed money.
The clerk said the suspect may have had a knife.
A Be-On-The-Lookout alert for a gray Ford Ranger was issued after investigators reviewed surveillance video.
At around 9 p.m., Massachusetts State Police saw a Ford Ranger along Route 25 near Falmouth.
The driver, identified as 20-year-old Owen Lang, did not stop immediately for police, but he was taken into custody a short time later by Falmouth Police on a charge of armed robbery.
Lang was brought back to Middleborough and then transported to the Plymouth County House of Correction for arraignment.
Middleborough Police say he may face other charges related to the brief chase but those would be filed by State Police and/or Falmouth Police.
