Pembroke Voters Approve $61M Public Safety Buildings at Town Election

In Pembroke, unofficial results are in for the Town Election.

Residents approved the Public Safety Buildings Project, with 1,184 “yes” votes and 937 “no” votes.

The $61 million dollar project was approved with 215 “yes” votes and 62 “no” votes at Town Meeting.

The project could build a new Police and Fire Headquarters on Washington Street, and a sub-fire station on School Street.

Tracy Marino was re-elected to the Select Board, with 1,471 votes. Richard Flynn was elected with 1,190 votes.

Fraser Townley had 969 votes.

David Boyle was re-elected to the School Committee with 1,159 votes. Allison Glennon was elected with 948 votes.

Lance Kennedy had 928 votes and Adam Murphy had 558 votes.

For Library Trustee, Stephanie Ciciotti was re-elected with 1,261 votes. Linda MacDonald was elected with 1,161 votes.

Mary Vanriper had 920 votes.
